Make Art Monday!
Tomorrow for Technique Tuesday, I’m going to show you how I make these digital collages using the scanned background papers that we’ve been making. I’ll also be sharing how to make this particular paper…it’s a gesso resist technique, which gives you lots and lots of texture!
Anyway, this particular piece was made with only three images: the background, the architectural piece, and the girl. She is from an old cabinet card, one of my many collections. The abstract-looking piece behind her is an upwards shot of the antenna at the top of Mount Washington, in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
