Dan Goodwin has written a great article for the Creativity Portal. It’s so simple to create one of the mind maps that he suggests, but there’s nothing simple about the insights that you might be able to gain from doing this exercise…especially if you continue to do it regularly and look for changes.

Wow! That kind of reminds me of mappings I do in my English classes to help students come up with topics, but of course, way cooler.

I love using mind maps for all different types of stuff. Lots of times they help me get unstuck…if the shower doesn’t work first LOL!!
